What is Office 365 Lync?
Office 365 Lync gives you the possibility to connect with people everywhere, as part of your everyday productivity experience.
With Lync you will get a single client experience that proves consistent for sending instant messages, voice and video chatting. It also provides a great meeting experience. It is also compatible for instant messaging and voice calling with Skype users.
In this training you will learn the basics of Office 365 Lync. You will learn how to access and use this Cloud Service, to start conversations, chats and share content.

Subjects
In this training you will learn... how to use Lync to start conversations, chat and share content; how to set and change their status in Lync; how to organize meetings through Lync; how to manage and view their contacts, contact groups, conversations and meetings; how to customize the audio and video settings for Lync.
Prerequisites
You don't need any special education to follow this training. The software is not included in this e-learning course.
Duration
The training Office 365 Lync consists of 6 lessons. You can follow a lesson in about 10 to 15 minutes. There are also several simulation exercises. The total duration is about three hours for studying the material and following the simulations. This may be more or less depending on existing knowledge and your study method.
